We booked two nights with the intention of doing a days safari and chilling near the pool in between. Within two hours of arriving we were requesting to extend our stay because we knew we wanted to stay for longer. The villa is amazing, the owners are so welcoming and the staff went beyond their needs to make sure our stay was as good as it can be. They organised everything for us to spend a day in Yala National Park on our safari, from breakfast and lunch to our very own driver with extensive knowledge who gave us a fantastic tour of the park. The food is cooked by your personal chef and you dine by the pool under the stars. The meals are very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. We stayed as a couple and had the entire villa to ourselves, but have said that if we ever had the pleasure of returning to Sri Lanka then we’d love to take family and friends to stay at the property, it can easily accommodate big families. One of the best experiences with a property on Airbnb that we’ve ever had, thank you to Kristin & Maduranga, it was great to meet you both. Thank you to the staff who are all absolutely wonderful. 10/10.
